Our Spellbound Guarantee & Refund Policy

Due to our signature massive 4 oz cookies that are freshly baked to order using premium, perishable ingredients, all sales are final.

For public safety and quality assurance, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges of any food items under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Modifications | Because we custom-prep your dough and baking schedule, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted at least 96 hours before your scheduled fulfillment slot. Anything requested past this window cannot be altered or refunded.

Issues with your order? | We want your experience to be completely magical!

If we made a structural mistake on your order (such as the wrong box size or missing flavors), please snap a quick photo and contact us within 2 hours of receiving your treats. We will evaluate issues on a case-by-case basis to make it right via a replacement bake or store credit.
