Order Processing Timeline:
Because our signature massive 4 oz cookies and custom sugar cookies are small-batch made and freshly baked to order, we require a minimum processing window. Orders must be placed ahead of your desired pickup window. Once your order is cast and confirmed, we will coordinate your exact pickup address and window via email or SMS text.

- Orders that are unclaimed within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup slot will be safely discarded to preserve safety and quality. Abandoned orders completely forfeit their total payment, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

To ensure your order is perfectly complete, we will verify your custom box selections with you directly at the time of pickup. Once the hand-off is completed, the order is considered accepted and fulfilled.
